The U-Prox Keyfob B4 provides three buttons for security-mode control plus a separate programmable button. U-Prox specifically identifies that additional control as a button for automation.

An installer can therefore assign the programmable button to a supported automation function within the U-Prox system. Depending on the system design and connected hardware, this can provide convenient control of a configured relay or automation output for applications such as:

  • opening a gate;
