1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • Exclusions: Custom-ordered products, made to order items, software, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or covered under warranty.

2. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price may apply to non-defective returns.

  • Fees may be waived for exchanges or if the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed usually within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued via a credit applied to your account to be used for the purchase of other goods from our company. We do not supply cash refunds.

  • Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Faulty or damaged items may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund.
